How refunds work for ReadyOps365 subscriptions. Last updated: September 2026.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked and no unreasonable conditions.

ReadyOps365 is provided by Oliver Rolf Brettschneider, trading as ReadyOps365. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds for orders placed through Paddle are processed and issued by Paddle in line with Paddle's Refund Policy, and are returned to the card you paid with.

How to request a refund

  1. Visit paddle.net to request a refund for an order processed by Paddle, or email us at info@readyops365.com with your order details and the date of your payment.
  2. Your request is confirmed within one business day, and the approved refund is returned to the card you originally paid with.

Where you paid through our South African payment partner, iKhokha, the refund is returned to the card you paid with through iKhokha instead. In all cases the same 30-day money-back guarantee applies.
