The easiest way to start. Reminders is the whole of ReadyOps stripped back to one job: you enter a date, choose how far ahead you want to be warned, and ReadyOps emails you and your team as the date approaches — three months out for the things that need planning, right down to the morning of the day itself.
It suits a household as easily as a business: family birthdays and anniversaries, appliance and vehicle warranties, insurance and licence renewals, service intervals, subscription renewals and annual payments. When the operation grows into assets, inspections and compliance evidence, the same account upgrades to Essentials without re-entering anything.
Reminders includes email delivery and a permanent record of every reminder sent. It does not include the readiness gate, inspections, evidence packs or QR field mode — those start at Essentials.
Prices exclude VAT if applicable. Monthly options are billed in advance. The prices shown are the subscription prices; no proposal or separate quote is required to subscribe online.
