Create obligation schedules, readiness thresholds, evidence types and reviewer approvals from the settings screens.
Step 4 — Connect evidence
Upload certificates, licences, service records and photographs. Versioning and effective dates are handled automatically.
Step 5 — Invite users and try mobile
Assign roles, test QR access and let field users capture readings, inspections and defects from their phones.
Step 6 — Go live and iterate
Run readiness checks, export evidence packs and refine rules as your operation changes.
